Morning Dove: It appears that the elders have decided on a good general path for the community, which, of course, is a lenient path that can permit future changes when necessary. One of the last questions on everyone's mind is of how to segregate our people. It would be nice if all of our people were beautiful of heart and mind, but, the reality is that there will always be individuals who will never obtain inner quality. Having the non-quality people living alongside of the quality individuals, will, of course, harm the quality individuals. To us, it would be cruel to push-away inadequate individuals, and, so, we are wondering how to segregate gently, while harming no one.

Alo: Perhaps the only way, is to segregate the quality individuals from other people... give the quality individuals a place to go, to be with the other quality individuals... push no one away... only, pull...

De: Inner circle... now, inner circle... someday, maybe, all inside...

Morning Dove: Okay, but would that not be sort of similar to the outsiders' way of having classes of people? Like priests and royalty that live secluded from the masses?

Alo: Yes, in many ways. Visualize ancient royalty, living within the walls of their palace... there has always been a reason to segregate the masses from quality individuals... if, not segregate, then, masses will destroy all things good... masses cannot help but to destroy...

Morning Dove: Priests permit the masses to approach, but royalty does not... I will need time to think about this, to choose to what degree we should permit non-quality individuals to associate with quality individuals.

Alo: A useful guide, to help make choices... east statue man's words... he spoke of differences between himself, his culture, his people... and compared the differences to other people throughout the world. Example... 'it has often been said that no animal uses any tool; but the chimpanzee in a state of nature cracks a native fruit, somewhat like a walnut, with a stone... easily taught an American monkey thus to break open hard palm-nuts; and afterwards of its own accord, it used stones to open other kinds of nuts, as well as boxes'. Observe that common animals have an ability to see, think, remember, and apply what they have been taught... but also see, that the animals must be taught... animals do not learn on their own... they must be taught... trained... like in government schools.

Morning Dove: I have seen similar... people take an existing product, change the color or shape, and then claim that they made an entirely new product. The so-called 'new' product was not new at all, and yet all known outsiders believe that the 'new' product is a wholly new technology. That kind of behavior always troubled me.

Alo: Yes, that, is precisely the behavior of an animal... no expressions of pondering, no expressions of extrapolations... merely, take an existing thing, change it around a little, and then, claim the thing is fully new... and there, that is a good scale of judging between real humans and animals. Another east statue man's example... 'the savage would certainly neither know nor care by what law the desired movements were effected; yet his act would be guided by a rude process of reasoning, as surely as would a philosopher in his longest chain of deductions'... the man believed of himself to be superior of intelligence, but he himself never did anything except recolor and resize existing things, but also look at what he wrote... he claimed to know the mind of other people... he invented crazy imaginations in his head, and then sincerely believed that his imaginations were true fact. All of the topmost outsiders, believe similarly... all outsiders, believe, and claim, that they know what other people are thinking.

Morning Dove: Yes, true, I have seen that also, and it has been very annoying to me that the dumbest of outsiders claim, often loudly, that they know my own thoughts...

Alo: We spoke of this before, of the sense of time... 'animals can certainly by some means judge of the intervals of time between recurrent events'... and there, again, the east man proved that he had no knowledge of the mind, nor of the body, nor of anything else related to the topics that he claimed to be an expert of... the man was a fraud... the man, was a common animal. The east man did not invent a new language, did not invent the paper he wrote on, did not invent the clothes he wore, did not invent the house he lived in, he did absolutely nothing but to recolor and reshape a few words... the east man of statues, was an animal.

De: Another man, in recent years, said that all humans must be taught, before anyone can be skilled... man said, also, prodigies, are the product of being taught... the man, was a topmost scholar...

Morning Dove: Wow, so then that pretty much confirms that the normal outsider person is an animal of no greater intelligence than any other wild beast. Wow, that depresses my heart...

Alo: Goal, of community, is to someday have all good people... people be born, able to think... able, to extrapolate...

De: Where good souls can travel... have, a good life... future generations also...

Alo: Precisely... Morning Dove, De and I have chatted at length of where we wish our souls and hearts to travel... to be there, in this life... I often write our thoughts, on paper... gives us, something to reread... ponder... and choose how to progress our walk...

De: Alo's writings... now, well over a million words... lengthy, but wonderful...

Alo: Yes, lengthy... takes at least two weeks to read... I combined specific music with each story... helps create creative emotions...

Morning Dove: Chidao... am I correct, in my estimations, that you two are giving effort today, to create the better tomorrow? I have watched you both when you are quiet... Nature is not flat, the song does not end... the efforts you do today, extend into tomorrow... and this is the reason why you do not speak to others of what chidao does?

Alo: Yes... if we explained, then animals would use the information to make a weapon... the animals, would misuse the ability to change one's future... animals, would destroy all things...

De: Also, cannot tell good people... each person, must choose by themselves, else, result is bad...

Morning Dove: Then, yes, an inner circle appears to be the only choice... not segregate animals from humans, but rather, segregate humans from animals.

Alo: Similarities appear plausible, between our having an inner circle, and the ancients choosing good individuals for official occupations... if it were true, that the ancients chose for similar reasons, then, yes, the ancients would have been a wonderful people...

De: Royalty, also has intermarriage... only marry, people of similar qualities... create, new specie... breed-away the animal...

Morning Dove: Purpose... then the purpose, is to create... to give to a future generation, a good life... and that is what all of us want, but the elders were just unsure of how to do it. Then, start today, with an inner circle... create a different inner circle within the present inner circle... then, in future generations, the best individuals can go live in the inner-inner circle... in time, the inner-inner circle would birth the new people who could then themselves populate widely, to become a, real, new human.

Alo: Yes, sounds workable... begin today... you elders choose... choose the land, choose the people, choose the path...

De: Maybe, be cautious... our community's children, some are good, others, not as worthy... not segregate parents from their children... let the good children be first to enter the inner-inner circle...

Alo: Precisely... we plant trees for future generations... similarly, we grow an inner circle for future generations... not for parents to enter today...

Morning Dove: And there, that again proves to me one of the many differences between people... most people would desire to enter the inner circle, but you two, you care for other people more than yourselves... yes, the inner circle must not carry into it the harm of parents leaving behind their children.

De: Alo has written stories, of a future that we wish for our people... someday, we hope, our efforts of today, will birth a good people... they, will likely need to live in a west land, like what Yan spoke of... far from outsiders... very secluded... it is there, that our people will begin to witness where our love has led...
